Program Information

xxxxx

xxxxProgram , Advanced Cylinder Head & Induction Technology, all Classroom hours are a combined of Classroom Lab mix and all Lab hours consist of demonstration, student participation and hands on equipment operation.

xxxxThis program is a advance cylinder head program, not for students that are not knowledgeable in general cylinder head repairs. All students applying must take and pass a very simple entrance exam qualifying them as experienced in general cylinder head knowledge and awareness in basic repair and machining procedures. This program is not a general cylinder head repair program, it is designed and dedicated to advance a student into the Automotive Performance Race Engine Industry.

xxxxThe courses outlined are the most complete and knowledgeable you will find for producing today's performance cylinder head technology and have been simplified to allow a student to understand the concepts used and by following a series of procedures that will reward them everyday working in the Performance Race Engine Industry.

xProgram Description

x

xxxxAdvance Cylinder Head & Induction Technology is a program that is designed to offer technology to those that are interested in improving their knowledge in the Performance Race Engine Industry. This program focus is on Air Flow Technology and techniques on how to increase air flow through manufactured cylinder heads and intake manifolds, resulting in higher accelerating and steady-state HP in all forms of the internal combustion engine.

x

xxxxStudents will experience as we call it, "the black art of cylinder head porting" and will gain a true understanding of how to bend and manipulate air through all the crazy shapes, sizes and obstacles. Not able to see air or as it passes through a port or around a valve only makes it that much more challenging and the end results will astound you, all from an invisible force you can't see. In a well designed engine that is tuned correctly, any amount of increased air flow through the induction system as a whole will result in increased HP, there is no truer statement.
